Kerri is a Partner and CFO at Information Venture Partners, a Toronto-based venture capital firm that focuses on Fintech and enterprise software opportunities. She’s also co-owner of local small business Urban Flats Toronto, a corporate housing provider. Kerri’s an active volunteer and she currently serves as General Partner of the JOLT Fund, where she has managed accelerator investments in 23 early-stage companies. She’s been a member of the Ontario Security Commission’s Exempt Market Advisory Committee since 2012. The committee assists the OSC EMAC team to review changes to existing and proposed new exemptions, like equity crowdfunding, that may provide additional alternatives for companies raising capital in Ontario.
Prior to Information Venture Partners, Kerri worked for several years in the venture capital industry as a partner at Primaxis Technology Ventures and served on several portfolio company boards. She also has worked as a member of the senior operating team in several high growth tech companies including Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility, Alliance Atlantis Communications and VC-backed SeaWell Networks (Arris) and Infobright.
